these vials contain 40mg/mL of estradiol enanthate in 10mL of mct oil , with benzyl alcohol added to ensure sterility . they do not contain benzyl benzoate, a commonly added solvent which can be irritating to many people
the solution is filtered through a sub-micron filter and then autoclaved to ensure sterility
it is recommended to start with 4mg (0.1mL) per week
these bottles contain 20mg/mL of pure estradiol in this carrier :
each spray is 0.14mL (about 3mg) . it is recommended to apply to the inner thigh . the armpits also work but are close to breast tissue . blood tests are recommended as the levels can vary a lot . one or two sprays a day can be sufficient depending on application .
spray can also be applied scrotally , but some people have found that levels can be >700pg/ml when applied like this , which increases risks of side effects .
when dosed correctly , spray can be used for monotherapy without an antiandrogen <3

it is intended to be used as a scrotal spray :3 this route is much more potent than rectal or oral , about 10-30x more for some <3 each spray is 0.05 mL ( 3mg ) , & its recommended to start with one spray ( 3mg ) ... be careful going over four sprays ( 12mg ) as its possible to build a dependence with progesterone if used in too much excess >.< if this happens , youll need to taper off , so dont do it
progesterone can make you sleepy so u should take it at night if u only take it once a day <3
progesterone transdermal ( as cream ) has been studied for the management of acute breast pain ( available over the counter in the us , altho i rly dont recommend applying to breasts ) , & transdermal estradiol patches have been studied scrotally ... however , use of scrotal progesterone spray has not been studied , & the long term effects are unknown . its prawbably similar to other routes of administration of progesterone in terms of potential risks and benefits , buut its not been rigorously determined . taking too much progesterone of any kind can build up a dependence , so make sure to exercise caution with dosing <3 i use it every day as my route of taking prog . use at your own risk . if you have any feedback , positive or negative , pls send it to me over signal ... the data will be anonymized & published if you provide consent for that , & will help to make hrt more accessible ^-^
